Hi I lost 25 kilograms last year (2010/2011) and love the fact I have gone from an 18/20+ to a 12/14 in clothes . I actually think losing the weight was easier than KEEPING IT OFF ?? We like to do bike rides on Saturday or Sunday morning. The short trips (along the river) usually take 1,5 to 2 hours (inclusive coffee/breakfast stop). But we are going to Fremantle (25 km one way) and other places too. We are not in a rush but moving on. A good fitness level is required.

The purpose of this group is to find people who love to walk and be outside with nature and take her beauty in.
