Once a month, Dynamic Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre hosts the Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run. Each participant must predict how fast it will take them to run or walk the 3K distance down Lakeshore and through Jack Darling Park and back. The winner is the person whose predicted time is closest to their actual finishing time. Entry fee is $5 and the winner gets half the money collected. We meet outdoors on Sunday morning or Monday evening; Our yoga classes are often paired with a run, hike or walk.
