This is a walking group for people of all ages who are free to exercise during the week and/or weekends. The walks will be mostly centered in the Finch Alamosa area (Finch Leslie) where there is easy access to the beautiful walking paths in the Don Valley. I expect to start each walk at 8 am sharp and we will walk for about an hour. Some people may want to meet for coffee afterwards.
