We are a group of beginner / intermediate rock climbing enthusiasts looking to learn and improve our rock climbing skills. We will be planning weekly outings indoors and out. We'll also be planning other group trips such as hiking, kayaking, backpacking, skiing, snowboarding, and all manner of outdoor adventure. Spring and Summer sessions will be at the beach, weather permitting. My yoga sessions are great for all levels. I will start with a warm up, followed by sun salutations, then a variety of standing, balancing, and sitting postures and ending lying down in savasana with a relaxing meditation. You will need a yoga mat and water.
