I want to start this group to meet people because I am new to this area. The purpose of this group is for people in their twenties and thirties to meet up and discuss books, drink coffee, go hiking, go to wine tastings, pretty much go and do what ever is in anyones agenda. People who are in their twenties and thirties should join this club.

The “Selma” in “Selma Cyclepaths” is a little misleading, as few of the team members live or cycle in Selma. Selma is the home of one of the founding members who named the team in 1993. There has been little interest in changing the tradition or the alliteration of the name. While many of the Cyclepaths are from Johnston County, just as many are from Wake, Orange and Durham counties. Get fit the fun way...come try Zumba with Maria Elena! Group fitness with a Latin flavor. Salsa, Cha-cha, Meringue, Reggaeton, Samba jazzed up for an hour of non-stop fun & effective workout! My class is for all levels. I try and keep the pace fast enough for everyone to sweat, yet at a reasonable speed so participants can enjoy the dance moves.
