There are 54 trail heads within 30 minutes of downtown Chattanooga leading to hundreds of miles of trails. Without compare, Chattanooga is trail city USA. Our runs are generally 5 to 10 miles in length, with weekend runs going longer and always on trails. Some of us jog, some of us run, some of us race. All speeds are welcome. Come meet other local trail runners, discover our amazing trails, get fit and have fun.

The Chattanooga Hoop Group is a group dedicated to all things hooping/hoop dance/hula hooping. Hooping is a great workout (burn as many as 400-500 calories an hour), a good meditation tool, dance partner, and just plain fun for anyone. The sound of a hoop falling is the sound of activity & trying. Learn new skills that you can do alone or with others in your community. All ages & skill levels welcome!
Weekly Co-ed meetups to play sports for adults. We play softball in the spring, volleyball in summer, flag football in the fall, and basketball in the winter. Maybe even just frisbee and catch at the park with families once in awhile. This is RECREATIONAL. If you have leftover hyper-competitive issues from being tortured in high school, stay home. This is just a way to get some exercise and have some fun.
